Landscaping with free materials is an appealing
alternative. These attractive retaining walls are a
series of containers made from tires with one or both
sidewalls removed and left right side out or turned
inside out.
The plants cascade over them and the tires recede to shadow
and visually disappear, leaving a lush hillside of
foliage. Or, you can paint them to enhance and further
hide their identity!
